Website login issues

At the end of last week, we received a two reports from site members that they were experiencing login problems around not seeing what they expected to see when they logged in. The site has been busy of late and the bit of the site handling logins malfunctioned on Thursday as a result.
 
Your privacy is very important to us, so we immediately launched a thorough and detailed investigation into the problem. As a result, the website team changed the site configuration on Friday. The site is now functioning normally again, but there is some wrongly recorded information still in the system.
 
We think that fewer than ten members have been affected, but please do let us know if you believe that you have been affected and we have not yet been in touch with you. Please contact us if you see anything unusual or wrong with the information in your dashboard. This will help us to verify that we have made the right changes to the site to prevent a recurrence of the issue and will allow us to sort out any problems you have with your account.

• The time and date that you saw the issue (as accurately as possible).
• As much detail as you can about the problems you have experienced.
• If you are seeing  information you aren’t expecting to see, please include as much detail as possible about this information, to help us track that down.

Your password is encrypted and we have no access to it.
 
Please be reassured on the following points:
1. Your financial details are safe. We use a specialist secure payment processing firm called SagePay to process credit card payments and we have no access to your credit card details or other financial information. It is not possible for us to expose your financial details. We have removed eCommerce facilities for the moment whilst we sort out some data issues, but financial information is not part of that data.
2. There has been no systematic hacking or virus problem with the site. We have checked for this and can rule it out as a problem at this time.
3. We take your privacy extremely seriously and have acted quickly to remedy the issue.
