What's the best exercise to do at home

Hi I've just bought the starter pack, it's my first day tomorrow. I'm doing the rapid diet. I don't have time to go the the gym/swimming in the week days as I work quite late. What's the best exercise I can do at home? I've not done a shake diet before so a bit nervous to try it out.

Hi Lozza92.  I've just completed my first day today of the active phase.  Have you got any workout dvd's?  Or just simple things like skipping and star jumps are so effective!  I did a lower body workout at home this afternoon and did lunges, squats, plank, sit ups, star jumps and a few others.  

I found the shakes to be very filling and didn't get hungry at all today.  I suggest if you do get hungry to have a hot drink inbetween the shakes as these help to keep you feeling full as well.

What I liked about these shakes is they didn't make me feel dizzy or shaky!  Some liquid diets can make you feel very weird!

I'm doing the 30 day shred, you should be able to find them on YouTube. It is damm hard, the first couple of days you will feel like dieing but I'm surprised at how quick my fitness improved. First day I couldn't do star jumps for 10secs and on day 15 I can easily do 2mins. The DVD is 20mins but have to do it every day. There are 3 levels to go up every 10days. I'm also loving hip hop abs. I carry most my weight on my belly and it has helped a lot

I love the workouts on you tube by The toe meet up those Karina and Katrina. They had full range of different exercises to suit you. I particularly love HIIT and kettle bells they can be done first thing in the morning for 15 minutes. Bit tricky with a newborn though lol xx

I use Jessica Smith youtube videos very good for people who haven't got a lot of room space to move around.
