What you’ll need

Serves 2

• 2 large chicken breasts

• 2 cloves of garlic

• 2 tbsp dried mixed herbs

• 2 tbsp olive oil

The easy bit

1. Crush the garlic and mix together with the herbs and oil, place each breast on cling film and coat both sides with herb mixture cover and leave to marinade for at least 1 hour or preferably overnight.

2. Heat a grill pan on a medium heat and grill chicken for 10-12 minutes turning halfway through.

3. Serve with salad.
