What you’ll need

  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 large whole prawn, split lengthwise and¬†deveined
  • 1 pepper, roasted and peeled
  • 2 large green olives, cut into cheeks
  • 1 tbsp parsley, roughly chopped
  • fresh dill to garnish

Dressing

  • pinch of smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp sherry vinegar
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • pinch of sugar
