What you’ll need

480g tuna steaks, cut into small cubes

Marinade

  • 1 small chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbs chopped parsley
  • 2 tbs balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbs chopped mint
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed

Indian Salad

  • 1 cup shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 red onion, finely sliced
  • 1 red chilli, finely sliced
  • 4 tbs lime juice
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Handful of mint leaves

The easy bit

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl.  Add the tuna cubes and allow to marinate for 1 hour
  2. Thread the tuna onto skewers.  Heat a large frying pan or grill plate over medium heat and spray with olive oil.  Cook the tuna for one minute on each side keeping it rare inside
  3. Combine all the salad ingredients in a large bowl and serve with tuna kebabs
