Since 21 April 2019, i have been waiting for my order.
Celebrity Slim have appeared to have ignored the emails i have sent to them and PENNINE/DPD appear to have lost my product in transit…who knows!? I don’t because noone has bothered to contact me
I have provided all the information possible like the tracking number, my name and address and where i asked the item to be sent to as i work (please note i have used celebrity slim for years) but to date, although i paid for next day delivery, we are now going into the second week.
The tracking number says my product is going back to Pennine, why…i do not know and it has said this since 25 April 2019. I was never been contacted or given a reason why.
I have always received my orders and have never been in this situation with Celebrity Slim and/or DPD. All i want is my money back. Clearly Celebrity Slim customer services seem incapable of responding and Pennine/DPD appear incapable of tracking a simple parcel, even though the tracking number is viable.
I paid £33.92 (which includes next day delivery) and like i said it is now almost two weeks.
If either party are able to provide my parcel – please refund me back my money.
