A Tasty Shake
5Vanilla is my favourite flavour, its so versatile so you can add any flavouring to it and its just a nice sweet kick to your day. So easy to prepare and drink, I love this product and wish i had found it years ago. The fact you only have to add water is my bonus as im not keen on Shakes mixed with Milk. It doesn't give you that awful aftertaste and makes you want to keep drinking it. I have lost nearly a stone in weight after a 4 year battle so this has really helped along the way not to just loose weight but to get control again and up my vitamins and minerals.
