Freeze ahead

Anyone have cs recipes that can be prepared ahead, frozen? I've done the obvious like cottage pie with cauli mash, chilli, goulash. But want to stray from the red meat. Frozen a veg curry, Bombay cauliflower. Did freeze stir fry veggies which we used. And guacamole-not sure how it will taste when defrosted. Where the days are getting warmer would be nice to have a few other options up my sleeve. So anyone with any ideas please help😀

Going to make a crust less quiche to freeze. I might make some ham and egg pots. Going to the usual like chilli. Spag Bol, cottage pie, lasagne. Maybe a sausage casserole. Still hoping for some ideas tho
