Hi all, I started last Monday, but I am only doing 1 shake a day, but until last week I very rarely drank water, last week I drank 2 litres every day, I even went camping at the weekend and did eat some bread and lots of wine and cider ! But weighed in today and I have lost 3lb. Very pleased with myself, I may try doing 2 shakes per day this week for a couple of days.
