Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 55g Celebrity Slim Vanilla Shake
  • 110g mashed ripe banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g wholemeal self-raising flour
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 100g blueberries
  • Coconut oil
  • 140g natural no-fat Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
  1. In a large bowl, mix the mashed banana, Celebrity Slim vanilla shake, eggs, flour, 1 tablespoon of the honey and the cinnamon in a bowl; mix well to form a thick batter.
  2. Fold 50g blueberries into the mix.
  3. Over a medium heat, melt a teaspoon of coconut oil in a non-stick pan. Carefully spoon the batter into the pan, cooking for 2-3 minutes each side until golden.
  4. Stack your pancakes and add top with yoghurt, 50g of blueberries and a tablespoon of honey.
