Ingredients:
- 55g Celebrity Slim Vanilla Shake
- 110g mashed ripe banana
- 2 eggs
- 50g wholemeal self-raising flour
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 100g blueberries
- Coconut oil
- 140g natural no-fat Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
- In a large bowl, mix the mashed banana, Celebrity Slim vanilla shake, eggs, flour, 1 tablespoon of the honey and the cinnamon in a bowl; mix well to form a thick batter.
- Fold 50g blueberries into the mix.
- Over a medium heat, melt a teaspoon of coconut oil in a non-stick pan. Carefully spoon the batter into the pan, cooking for 2-3 minutes each side until golden.
- Stack your pancakes and add top with yoghurt, 50g of blueberries and a tablespoon of honey.
