Tastes delicious. Keeps you full
5I have a super sensitive digestive system. I seem to react badly to most prepackaged shakes. These are the first ones to make me feel full, help me lose cms without all the nasty side effects. They taste terrific. I find the cup shaker doesn't mix them well enough so I use the Ninja Bullet.
