4The mix box is a great way of checking the flavours. For me personally I prefer the vanilla, chocolate and banana.

Great Shake
5Love the variety pack. Love the flavours and I'm not left feeling hungry. Only on my second week and I don't weigh myself but I'm back into my size 14 work pants again(was wearing 16s). I lose the bloat and the heartburn. I'm eating a normal meal at night and have my almonds and piece of fruit for my afternoon snack. I plan on keeping going and just ordered 2 more boxes plus the tub of Banana Rapid slim(my fave flavour next to Strawberry). I'm happy.
