5Great flavours, Very fast postage. So far I have lost 7.6kg in 6 weeks using the meal replacement and eating healthy foods so very happy. Will purchase more.

Good variety to try
4There is a good variety within this pack, however, the latte coffee flavour and the chocolate were not too my taste and they are the ones you get the most out of. I think I will stick with the specific flavours that I like. Not sure yet if it helps but I am certainly not reaching for snacks and things to control my need to eat.

Taste nice
4Taste very nice, mix well not lumpy at all. Too early to comment regarding weight loss however I am hopeful as long as I stick to my diet and exercise plan
